Our takeaways from IMA Europe London 2022

Last week was packed with networking opportunities. Rocío and Sarah represented RLC Solutions at the IMA Europe Summit, Incentive Awards Events and WiiN breakfast.

IMA did it again. The event was packed with great insights and lots of networking opportunities. If you did not already know about the growth of Gift Cards, you can understand the potential through the stats below:
👉 On average Europeans spend $80 per resident on gift cards and incentives
👉 A 58% increase in the event gifting budget is expected in Europe.
👉 Travel is the most valued reward.
👉 Gift cards for rewards and incentives grew by 10% year on year

The day ended with Incentive Awards and recognizing the great innovations and efforts companies and leaders have put into the Incentive, Recognition and Rewards industry. It was truly amazing. A big congratulations to all the winners for the Incentive Awards. All of them were very well deserved.

We are extremely happy as well for the nomination of our CEO, Rocío in the Incentive Awards for the category of “Industry Entrepreneur”. While we did not win, it went to an extremely deserving nomination, Rabih Farhat, Founder and Managing Partner of Related. Congratulations Rabih.
